Copyright and Training Policy

The Curriculum Project owns the copyright on most of the materials and services that we offer. The Curry/Samara Model comprises copyrighted materials in a variety of formats including the unit matrix, lesson plans, product guides and related software. Other items have been created and produced by us, to support implementation of CSM. All of these items are intended for personal use, by the individual who purchases them. Duplication of materials (including templates) for other purposes or audiences, all forms of computer replication and duplication (including Internet-based), and use of materials for training purposes are expressly prohibited.
